Y81 series of hydraulic baling machine can extrude all kinds of metal scraps (steel shavings, scrap steel, scrap aluminum, scrap copper, scrap stainless steel, scrap car scrap etc.) into rectangular, octagonal, cylinder and other qualified furnace materials. lt can not only reduce the cost of transportation and smelting, but also increase the speed of furnace feeding. This series of packers are mainly used in steel mills, recycling processing industries and non-ferrous and ferrous metal smelting industries.
Features
1. All models are hydraulically driven and can be operated manually or automatically by PLC.
2. There are different ways of discharging, such as turning, pushing (side pushing and forward pushing), or taking (carrying) bags manually.
3. No foot screw is required for installation.Where there is no power supply, diesel engine can be used as power.
4. There are more than ten grades of extrusion pressure from 500T to 2000t, and the production efficiency is from 50T/shift to 250T/shift for users to choose.
5. The size of the compression chamber and the shape and size of the packing block can be designed and customized according to the user's requirements.
